Michelle Hall | I am giving this 1 star for the terrible customer service. I had Juan come an look at my dryer. It would not get hot enough, the metal grate in the back was black and sticky. Also I needed a new lint insert. He comes and says I need to wash my lint screen and that will take care of the air flow. I may need to call another Sears service to clean out the lint within my machine?? As for the black sticky residue that keeps coming off on my clothes he says to go to Home depot and paint it silver.. I asked him what did he do to fix it? Well I'll have to see if any of this is covered and I'll call you back. That's been 2 days. When I call the office , it just rings and then goes to voicemail. Not sure how this company survives if they can't answer the phone or complete a claim. I guess I'll KEEP calling!! |
Chad Bodden | The customer service of this company is the worst. I scheduled an appointment online through my extended warranty and this is the company my call was given to. I was given an 8 to noon window for service. When I called at 11:30 to check status, no one answered. No one returned my call and no one ever showed up for the service that was scheduled. |
