I asked to have it returned and since there are no refunds I picked another washing machine which lasted a little over a year....NEVER did the spin cycle remove enough water so dryer time was exorbitant. I called Sears to have it repaired and learned it would cost as much as a new machine and since it was an older Samsung they couldn't get the parts anyway.
