| Carolyn Webber | Patrick from Reliable came to my house for the service call. I was charged 85 for a 15 minute service call involving putting a couple screws in the outside unit to get rid of the noise xoming from the unit. He was not willing to connect a piece of AC duct work in the attic that is laying right next to a AV connection vent - he said that is a separate service call in which an assessment will cost 150 I already know what needs to be done - seems like a simple fix and then there are additional charges for anything they would do to the ducts. In my opinion this company doesn't model good customer service and has lost my business! |
| C Webber | I have used reliable before and recommended them to my sister when she heard a strange noise coming from her AC unit. Patrick came out and said the noise was a loose screw. When it took only 15 minutes to make this diagnosis she asked if he could reconnect a piece of ductwork in the attic that a termite inspector alerted her to. Patrick stated that wasn't part of the service request and would be a separate 150 assessment. It seemed like a rip off since the service call was already going to be charged. Perhaps that is the company policy? |
