He was extremely friendly, and made a special trip to my house the same day to fill up the tank. No one was home to let him inside to get our pilot lights lit, so he left a message with his cell number. He answered my return call well after working hours, and made sure we were able to get everything going again. When I first read the earlier reviews of Blue Star, I was sceptical. Now I get it. They really do try to go above and beyond. |
