Incredible service -- truly outstanding. I received several phone calls updating me about the search for the pieces I needed to repair my Miele vacuum cleaner, each call friendly and helpful. The receipt was sent promptly by email and the two parts I needed, despite arriving at their store at different times, will be mailed together to save separate shipping charges. The rep's sensible suggestion to add a box of dust bags to the order boosted my purchase over the order amount for free shipping, making better use of my money. I've never worked with a company that went to such great lengths to provide customer care.
