I wouldn t even give this guy one star if I didn t have to just leave this review. HORRIBLE!!! first of all, this guy shows up the first day without the appropriate tools. he uninstalls the toilet and messes around for an hour or two and then tells us the line is clogged, but that he cant do anything bc he doesn t have the tools and then tells us he can t come back for 3 days. he leaves a huge mess, toilet installed and muddy foot prints throughout the house. so 3 days later, he comes back and snakes the pipes and is here for about 2 hours. he replaces the wax ring and puts the toilet back on and tells us it s fixed - he flushes only water and it seems ok, however, as soon as we flush with TP, it clogs again. He charged us 375 for absolutely nothing and upon departure tells us he only guarantees his work for a few days. I call him a day or two later and leave a message explaining the issue. I don t hear back from him. I finally call his cell with a different phone and he answers. When I ask when he come out, he basically says he wants nothing to do with the matter and tells us to call some else in a very rude manner. I called another plumber out Exact Plumbing and they immediately found the issue wasn t a clog, but that our water conserving toilet wasn t installed properly. They temporarily installed our old toilet so that we had a working toilet, cleaned it, cleaned their mess, and gave us an estimate on what it would cost to properly install the toilet all for 280!! So not only was Jack s rooter service a RIP OFF, but he is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, MESSY, AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE S DOING. Save your money and get the job done right by calling someone else!!!
