After texting him my dryer model number and address he showed up in no time. The part on the unit where the door prong connects is what broke it fell off inside the unit. He showed me that my dryer has the option to open the door from either side so the replacement part needed was right there on my dryer. He used the part on the dryer and only charged me the service fee. He could have easily charged me for the part and service and not told me anything! I really appreciate his honesty. I will definitely use him from now on for any appliance repairs and I highly recommend him. Thanks Alex! |
