It's been a couple weeks since Antony came to our house, and our fridge is still in good working condition. We got it ten years ago and were mortified when we discovered that the temperature was fluctuating in both the fridge and freezer, all of our recently purchased groceries ruined! A new fridge was an expense we were unprepared for after my surgery. Antony performed a thorough inspection and determined that the problem was unusual and we might need a new compressor I think that was the term?, which would have been expensive. He admitted though that he wasn't sure if that was necessarily the issue, and suggested that we start by replacing the relay and cleaning out the coils/underside of the fridge. He even suggested that to save money we could clean out the coils ourselves after he replaced the relay. He gave specific instructions on how to clean it, and allowed us to save some extra cash. Antony had the part he needed in his inventory, and replaced it in probably ten minutes. The end cost to us was minimal, and my husband was more than happy to clean the coils. I appreciated how honest Antony was with us about the problem, and how he clearly wanted to save us money. He cared way more than I would expect any contractor to. From what I can ascertain from our single experience, this company is efficient and honest. In the end, it was totally worth spending an extra 10-20 bucks on the minimum trip charge.
