Gave their contact information to our 95 year old mother to have repairs done on her 4 year old Viking refrigerator. While the repair was 970 we have yet to see the invoice she may have received, when they finished their work the next day the vegetables in the crisper drawer froze. She contacted them, they returned but would take no responsibility for this issue and said if she wanted that fixed despite this being NO problem before their repair they would have to open a new invoice. All in all, this seemed as though it should have been handled by them is a much better way, and at this point we certainly cannot recommend this group or their service protocol.
