| Irene Garcia | I would give zero stars but it's not possible. After rescheduling my appointment 3 times, I still have not had a person show up to an appointment. Today was the last straw, nancy called me at 415pm to inform me that the technician would not make the scheduled appointment time of 1 to 3 pm. Took time off from work twice for no show on their part.how they stay in business is beyond me. |
| Tori Morad | This company is a great disappointment. My home warranty dispatched Prolite Appliance to come fix my dishwasher. The first time they came out they "fixed" it and the next day it was leaking again. I called and asked them to come out again and Nancy said she would call me back with an appointment... I waited a week for a call back. I called again the following Monday and she said she would call me the next day to make an appointment and that never happened. I am very upset with the poor quality of customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone if you want your appliances to get fixed in a timely manner. |
