Made my apt to have my washer checked they make my appointment for 2-4 pm but then the lady on the phone tells me he could be there sooner so someone needs to be there l. Ok cool we wait all day and guess what no one shows up early so at 2:03 I leave my 17 year old and 14 year old home why I run down the street to pick up my 4 year old . Then as I'm in the car of course he's there my daughter calls says he can't come in because I'm not 18 she will be in 2 weeks. So I tell her I'm on my way less than 6 minutes laser I'm pulling in my driveway looking at him as CHAD THE TECH IS PULLING OUT even though he sees me there I call the office only to be told he's out of the area already from my house!!! HOW ARE YOU OUT OF THE AREA FROM MY HOUSE WHEN UR IN MY DRIVEWAY IN YOUR TRUCK ?????? Needless to say my washer was not looked at and guess what they want u to reschedule for it again. No don't tell me your going to be early then not show up till my apt then leave as u see me there at 2:08 pm worst company horrible customer service and the female owner said well u should have been home ! |
| Nathan Delaney | Our dryer stopped making heat all of a sudden and through some troubleshooting I determined it was the thermal fuse. Thankfully Central Coast Appliance is practically down the street so I decided to check for the part here. As soon as I pulled the fuse out she was on it and went straight to the back to grab a replacement. Very friendly and very quick service and the part works great. Yes of course it's more expensive than internet parts, but it's great to have a local resource like this since most likely it's not worth waiting a couple days to save a few dollars. I will definitely come back next time we need something. |
