| amanda lee | If there was a 0 rating I'd give it a zero. They've failed 4 times to show up to repair my refrigerator. I don't think they ever had any interest in showing up. On the 4th day scheduled I called over 10 times to ask when the technician was coming and they just kept telling me 8 am to 4:00 pm and then said 5-6:00 pm. I spent countless hours on hold calling them and following up. I waited around my house 10 HOURS each time! WORST COMPANY EVER ! DO NOT CALL OR HIRE THEM. It's a SCAM! |
