Differential Development Group A Management Company | Juan was great. Did his job, nice, professional, but could NOT find the cause of the problem. Did not provide an estimate, since he said the dishwasher was functioning normally, yet he still charged me for the service. The dishwasher still has water in the tub at the end of drainage, and I am left with the same problem I started with. So wasted and time. He said, must be that was the way it was designed, but this is a "new" problem. So not help from the Sears repair service. He said he was going to call Kenmore for help or provide me with the number, as they are the manufacturer, but haven't heard from Juan, and I am left with the decision to replace or pay someone else. Kenmore won't take calls from consumers. I tired really hard to get through the firewall of phone numbers, and which all circle back to call a repair person. I wouldn't buy Kenmore or Sears brand ever again. No support and No help. |
nita bryantazmar | I called Sears for an ice machine repair 10/31/2019. You came on 11/30/2019 and gave a Sears Home Warranty. You stated you were ordering another ice maker. You would return to install after it was delivered. I didn't hear from you, nor did I receive the ice maker. I called on 2/7/2020 I spoke with Daniel he said he would order the ice bucket and get back to me to give me a date for installation. I didn't hear from Daniel so I called on 2/24/2020 and spoke to Shawn, he said he would get back to me and he didn't. I called on 3/2/2020 and spoke to Lynn. who stated the part hasn't been ordered and he set up an appt for 3/7/2020. The technician came and he said there is nothing wrong with the ice maker. Today, the ice maker is NOT dispensing ice cubes. I NEED SOMEONE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. |
donna polichar | The serviceman was great. I had to reschedule this appointment to a second date because of overbooking. This is not a complaint about the service tech - it is about the manner in which appointments are scheduled - too many in a day which doesn't allow for the normal situations that require more time than anticipated. |

Rosa Nagaishi | The repair people never showed up after confirming appt via text. If it was A+ appliance, I would give them a Zero or - because they are not a service or professional company. The first time he came, he opened the door, removed a panel, was on the phone for the time he was there and did nothing. He could not find the model number and said I had three refrigerators and did not know why I had so many and did not know which one to repair. Well I had one that was working because we procured one since this one was not cooling and we lost all our food for the second time since we bought it. I do not know why Sears continues to hire 3rd party companies. Last month I called to service my daughter's washer and a worker from a construction company came and he just turned on the washer and did nothing because he was just learning about them and did not know what to do and left. I called for a Sears repair person and he came and serviced it right and gave us good information! It will only allow me to post it with two stars which I did not give. |
