I am so happy when I find a service provider with integrity! Tech was super efficient at fixing my washer that had stopped spinning. He asked questions on the phone as an initial diagnosis and arrived with the necessary parts and had it all done in 90 mins. He is respectful of her clients' schedules and easy to communicate with - what a pleasure to deal with someone who can efficiently make and keep an appointment! So glad I decided to repair instead of replace, and will use Holmby Hills KitchenAid Repair for all appliance repairs in future!

Bill was wonderful. I called him this morning because our fridge was leaking water and he responded within an hour and set up a time to come out the same day. He came within the time window. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He even had the replacement part in his van and the pricing was really reasonable. He was also very nice. If we have any problems with any appliances in the future I will call him for sure!

It was my oven knob problem that I had a hard time with last week. I need to bake some goodies for my relatives but I couldn't make any since the knob has a problem. I called this company immediately and ask for a technician before the technician arrived I informed the lady who answered my call that I need the appliance to be fixed in less than an hour, Arturo the technician made it possible he fixes the appliance on time, he was so skillful and savvy. I was very satisfied with the service! A big thumbs up!
