Crooks, your repair will always cost more than a new washer with them. Then they'll "junk" yours and you have to buy a new one...old hustle...and the woman who I caught lying about where my washer went within 24 hours of me deciding to not fix it, somehow thinks it's ok to start screaming at customers when she takes your property for parts. I never needed them to have someone pick up my still working/running washer to junk. Had to wait for the police to come, after she screamed at me and I told her she should call them. Totally unprofessional, and as far as I'm concerned a complete scam. You drop off your washer, that is fixable, they tell you it's going to cost more than what the washers worth, you "Junk" it, they keep the still running parts, or get to fix it resell it to another customer , while you can purchase a used one from them. The first qoute, was way less than the second qoute. 40 was the first qoute than 200 later that day, before have the "Junk" man take off with it within 12 hours to take it away. I would not recommend taking anything here due to how unethical this entire business practice is. I would gladly sue them, but it's just not worth my time or money at this point. However I have contacted the BBB, and the police totally understood why I was upset that this place took my grandfather's property without consent from him. Terrible experience, and basically cost us 25 bucks for them to take our washer, that I dropped off and didn't even get a chance to pick up!

I am the manager of City Appliance. We are a family owned and operated Appliance business servicing the Central Coast since 1989. There is a comment stating we are closing soon. They must have had us confused with another company. We are definitely still in business with no plans of retirement anytime soon. We love and appreciate all of our loyal customers!
