| Jeff Gardner | I am in the service business. I ask guys I contract with who is the best at repairing appliances. Jeff and sons was the recommendation. I need 3 appliances repaired. Refrigerator dish washer and dryer. They show up on time. Give the estimate and only repair my dryer. Price was fair all is well when they leave. Run my dryer the next day and it makes a squeaking noise. I call and leave a message. I wait a few days and.no return message. I call again and again no return message. Well the repair was done 2 months ago I've called numerous times with no return call. I finally get ahold of someone and they said they will call me right back. Still waiting. I call today someone picks up does not say hello and hangs up. I called back 5 straight times and no answer. It takes alot to have me give a bad review. Not even sure why I gave 2 stars. I will never use this company again and will never recommend then to anyone. Remember a happy customer will tell his good friends an unhappy customer will tell everyone. I wish Jeff and sons the best of luck and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. |
