We were so close to get rid off our old dryer..... I wouldn't even believe that turns out it wasn't even our dryer, it was my exhaust vents system!! It was so badly clogged inside, our technician Meir worked hard for entire hour cleaning that line.... the results were perfect! Hopefully, we won't see any error messages on our Samung dryer for a quite long term. Thanks Meir for being very thorough and honest assessment of our problem, beside that he was courteous and professional. 5 stars deserved!!

Our 9 years old residential Kenmore dryer was working intermittently like sometimes it will heat up and sometimes most of the time it won't, thankfully the technician named Meir was able to assist us in a timely manner! Meir was very honest with out, he even showed me the faulty parts which was, if I remembered it right, a cycling thermostat... just a tiny small part causing us such problems! Thank Meir for being so helpful our dryer now is working brilliantly!

Well, this is the second time I have used this folks and both times they have been very efficient, helpful and speedy. This time Meir was the technician - absolutely first class starting from keeping me informed as to when he would arrive so that I wouldn't waste time waiting and then doing an excellent repair job on my Samsung dishwasher.
