| sean olson | Not sure who's giving the bad reviews, but I suspect sabotage when I see a bad review with little or no explanation. Ralph is great. We had a problem with our fridge. Water was draining into the fridge -- we thought from the freezer. I called Ralph to make an appointment. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the solution over the phone -- AT NO CHARGE. Turns out we had been running it too cold and the water in the drain tube had frozen, so the water from the defroster had no where to go. Per his advice, we unplugged the fridge for 24 hours, bought a thermometer and reset the temps -- 40 degrees in the fridge and 15 degrees in the freezer. Problem solved. I say, give him a call if you need help. |
