Service could have been much better. I called to find out if Ed could work on our oven and gave him the error code that was showing. He said yes, set the appointment for a couple of days out between 10 and 12, then completely forgot the appointment. I rearranged my schedule to be home for what turned out to be a no show. I called him back to see what was going on, and after he remembered he apologized and came later in the day now had to rearrange my afternoon to be at home. Over the phone, he quoted me 72.50 for a house call, then charged me 89.50 and did nothing that he couldn't have done with the info I gave him over the phone just looked up the part info and then quoted me a ridiculous price to fix our oven.

I have used Southland Appliance to Service my washers, dryers, and refrigerators through the years and they always deliver prompt and professional service. I highly recommend this company. 19 years ago they put a new a/c unit in my home and it's still working as good as the day it was first installed. Ed and Andrew always inspect my equipment anytime I call them out to ensure everything is working properly. Thank you for your amazing service through the years
