The company that answers the phone number is in Los Angeles and is Serviz, which has an F rating with the BBB in Los Angeles. I used this company last month for my washing machine, thinking that it was local as advertised and found out that they are not located in La Mesa when I drove to their stated address to ask for a refund and found the space empty. The reason I needed a refund is they did not diagnose my washer correctly, they tried to tell me that I needed a new control panel for 540 and all my washer needed was to be reset. I tried to get a refund from them for their service call and they refused on the phone. |
