Blair's appliances really saved me from a tough situation when my washer stopped working. They came out and fixed it the day I called. They had parts ready with them, great customer service, and was even very affordable. Would recommend them to anyone.

First call, they responded immediately and came to my home to see what was going on with my washer. I paid 203 for a part and labor. My washer worked for 3 loads before it began having the same problem I first called for. They came by again the following week, told me they placed an order for another part my washer needed. I waited 5 days before calling for an update, only for them to tell me with attitude that they will call me back when they received it. I waited another 7 days. Nothing. I called again, and again, and again, only to receive no answer. Finally they answered and asked me for my washer information--meaning they hadn't even placed the order they told me they did several days prior. Over 3 weeks later nearly a full month after the second visit, I called again only for them to tell me that the part that was only supposed to cost 60-80 was actually going to cost 275+. I never write negative reviews but after experiencing this terrible service, I had to. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for assistance. This business is terrible.

The staff was super friendly. I called regarding my washer making a terrible sound they got me on the schedule 2 days later. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, nice, and quick. He fixed my washing machine that day for a reasonable price! I would highly recommend using them!
