| Danielle | Should have called Shaw's first! Called Jose and he said he would be out in the morning. He never showed up so I called again and he acted as if he never spoke to me earlier in the morning and I had to repeat my info and why I was calling. Jose finally showed up, told me what was wrong with our washer and that he would be back the next day at 11:30 to repair the washer. Jose never showed up the next day and did not answer our calls when we tried to reach him. We NEVER heard back from Jose regarding our washer! We ended up calling Shaw's and it was repaired promptly with excellent service. |
| Branden Khan | Our GE Clothes Washer was leaking water, I called Jose up and he came out to diagnose the problem. When it was all said and done he spent about 4 hours coming out 3 times and did not stop coming back till it was fixed. The last time he came out it was late at night, around 8:30 after it looked like it was still leaking water. This was the 2nd time he came out in the same night. He did great, charged very minimal, and is a very friendly guy to do business with! Call Jose up for your appliance repairs!! |
