I was able to limp it back down to Hollister, and based on reviews on Google I placed my trust in J & A, as I don't have friends or co-workers in the area to recommend a place. Well I'm glad I got good advice from the other reviews, and wanted to add my own vote of confidence. They kept me informed on the repair process, showing me the parts that needed replacing and explaining why they needed to be replaced. They didn't once try to sell me something unrelated to my overheating problem. Then after the repair, they sent one of their staff out with me on a test drive to make real sure the problem had been fixed. The whole time they were professional, courteous, and welcoming. I'm not happy that my bus overheated, but I am glad that I got such good service here. |
