We have been beyond stressed out with everything that has happened this week, I could go on and on about it, then yesterday the refrigerator feels hot, it gets really hot and the freezer isn't frozen. UGH we worked on the refrigerator all day, cleaning out all the food I had just bought, living our of an ice chest in the garage, we were stressed out to say the least. We called Adco at 9am, they told us they would call between 12:00noon and 2:00pm. Justin calls at 12:00pm I was in the garage getting creamer for my coffee...ugh I called Justin back, he was already on his way to my house, got to my house at 12:04pm came out at and diagnosed and ordered the part for our refrigerator. Justin came out to my house 3 hours after I called and solved my problem. Part was ordered, will be in tomorrow and will be installed tomorrow, no matter what, even if it's busy, my part will be installed. Who does that? Adco does. This company was recommended by a friend, My husband reminded me that he has used them before to repair our washer, and dryer they were just as awesome. I do not need a new refrigerator. I wanted to give Adco 5 stars, amazing job, Justin was amazing, thank you so much! |
