Chrisi Barker | Technicians were very nice, however, the part they replaced for my ice maker was not the right part. Its still doing the same thing it did before. They are coming back. I hope they refund me the part money. Fingers crossed they can figure this out |
Nick Gutierrez | Let me put it this I took my mower in for reparair in Nov 2019 and didn't get it back until mid Feb 2020 and it cost me over 100.00. They blamed the delay on Sears NEW billing process. That's fine but why does the customer have to pay the price for someones lack of customer service. Never again. |
Kell Harry | I just got ripped off. The digital readout on my stove went black. I called SEARS and made an appointment. The technician came out and quoted 575 to repair. Offered 69 a mos. home warranty and half price repair. I declined. After he left i unplugged my stove and plugged it back in. It works now. I called SEARS appliance and was able to reach a supervisor. She said i got what i paid for, repeatedly. She was difficult to understand and was not about to refund me. If i had to guess, whoever runs the phones are not even in the USA. I like to do business local. SEARS is a block from my house. They are not the company they used to be sadly. They lost my business. |
