If you are going to call them as well buy a new replacement. after the technician diagnosed the problems on my sub-zero, I had double checked with him to make sure it was the problems. he was so sure. I had spent 700 on the repaired that did not changed anything. call back to the office, they sent other technician, the diagnosed will cost me additional 2783 to repair. I confronted the office about the last repaired, they said that it was done and nothing they can do. it is a very bad service company that I had ever encountered.. |
