Finally, they sent out Sears and our technician was Ward. He was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the part. He knew approximately when the part was going to arrive and made the 2nd appointment with us before the part arrived so as not to waste time and get the job done ASAP. In fact, we made the job harder for him because we were in the process of moving and then we decided to stay a little longer so we changed addresses on him 2 times. |

Worst decision of my life. 700+ And thousands of dollars of spoiled food later and they still couldn't fix the issue with my fridge. Instead they keep giving me the run around. One of the tech who comes is very nice and gets work done and genuinely helps you. The other just stays on the phone and makes it the worst possible he can for you. I hope these guys are run out of business. They are scammers do not waste your time with them. After coming to fix my fridge for the same issue 5 times they were supposed to replace my fridge but nope. On top of all this it takes about 2 weeks for a part to arrive then another week for them to schedule an appointment. So if any of your appliances go bad be ready to wait at least 3 weeks before they even try to fix your stuff. |
