| Beth Madel | Horrible customer service. I had a technician come out to repair my brand new refrigerator that I spent a lot of money on. Only for him to break or bend my copper line. His excuse was my house was old. Funny the copper line was fine until he shoved refrigerator back and bent it. He turned cold water off under sink and left. Left me with no cold water in kitchen sink. And didn't repair what he broke. Where I come from if you break something your responsibility is to fix it. He didn't care at all. It wasn't going to be profitable to him or them. |

It too them about 4 weeks just to come and diagnose the problem and I am told the manufacturer of the stove wanted 6 week to make the replacement part. I have paid approximately 1,500 to date with nothing to show in return. At 10 weeks and counting, they are not replying to recent inquiries for status updates. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your work. |
