| deborah pool | My mom and dad have bought many appliances from here: 2 microwave ovens,a 2500 stove and a 3000 refrigerator. The fridge was bought in 2015 with an extended warranty until 2020. Fridge stopped working Saturday night so my mom was transferring all foods to the downstairs' refrigerator. Sometime during the early morning hours their power went out due to a snow storm. Eel Valley Appliance told my parents that the fridge broke because the power went out and they wouldn't honor the warranty!!! My elderly parents have been EXTREMELY good customers and this is how they are being treated?!?! Is this how a local company honors valued customers?? If so, I really don't recommend ANYONE to patronize this establishment! Shame on you!!! |
