Frank and sons sent an unqualified technician to my house. The technician has no idea what my oven was or how to adjust the thermostat. But after taking my oven apart stated that the thermostat was not adjustable. And it was perfectly normal for the thermostat to be of by 50 to a 100 degrees and not to worry about it??? He then started that no new ovens have adjustable thermostats in them....... he also stated however the range came from the factory, that is how its supposed to be. So if you have a loud fan, or a cooling fan that doesn't turn off, that's actually how its supposed to work. Well because it came from the factory that way......never ever would I call or recommend Frank and Sons. Save yourself some money and a whole lot of frustration and look somewhere else.
