I called Prime Appliance repair to have my shattered induction cooktop repaired. This was a tricky job that required removing the unit with the broken glass, and flipping it over on the new glass to repair it. Adam did an outstanding job, being very careful not to scratch my counters or floor and not to damage to drawers that he had to remove to gain access. I would call him back for any appliance repair job. Highly recommend!

Our Thermador microwave/convection oven stopped working. Adam came to the house the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. It was a complicated job, as our Thermador microwave is part of a unit that also includes a regular oven and warming drawer. Adam carefully pulled out the entire unit to get into the microwave section. It involved removing the entire housing of the microwave, which was like a puzzle. He was able to replace part of a 3 switch section that was causing the fuse to blow out. By repairing the broken switch rather than replacing the entire part he saved us hundreds of dollars. Adam was professional and competent. I would highly recommend him. I also liked the fact that being Google guaranteed, he had been background checked and his business history had been vetted.

Adam did a wonderful job on checking my refrigerator. I called him in regards to my issue and within a day he arrived and took of the problem. I will definitely save his number for future reference!
