Appliance Repair by Kemper Appliance in Escondido, California

Kemper Appliance was sent to my house by the property management company for the house I'm renting, and Tom came over right away. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful! I really appreciated how thorough and honest he was. Definitely happy to have the property management company use these guys.

I walked into Kemper Appliance in Escondido last month, at the beginning of September. It was the hottest time of the summer, sweltering heat. I was moving into a new apartment and I needed a washer, dryer, and refrigerator installed that same day. It was nice and cool in the store, and I was politely greeted when I walked in by an older man, I believe it was the owner himself. The store was very neatly kept, and there were a couple dozen different versions of what I was looking for at varying prices, depending on condition, brand etc. in the main show area, along with an extra warehouse in the back with even more stock. I have a rare scar tissue forming illness that has taken my voice, as well as the loss of my left arm. I have to live on an SSI check, so my budget was limited. I looked around for 5-10minutes and found a number of appliances in my price range that appeared to be in excellent condition. I explained what I could afford and what I needed, and the owner gave me an incredible deal on exactly what I wanted, which was more than what I could afford, but he took off a sizeable percent, out of humbling generosity. Him and the other people working in the store were nothing but amazingly kind and helpful to me. They delivered my appliances for free, within an hours time after the purchase, and everything was brought in hooked up and tested, to make sure it was all working properly before they left. The delivery/install guys were excellent! I don't know if I have ever been treated so well as a customer in my life. I remember the owner even giving me his blessing as I walked out the shop door. I am still blown away by the whole experience! One other item to add to this, was about a week after I had moved into my new place, it became evident that the old air conditioner in the downstairs living room, was not working well enough to keep the upstairs cool. I texted Kemper through a personal number they had given me, since I can't speak over the phone, to find out if they did AC installs. They said they did, and within a day, another one of their specialists came by, on what was another brutally baking hot day, and installed a new AC unit in my upstairs bedroom. After spending about a week sleeping on an old hard couch, because it was too hot to sleep upstairs, I was extremely grateful! THANK YOU again to everyone at Kemper, you guys were lifesavers!
