| TB | Technician took apart freezer to find out what's wrong and said he needed approval from home warranty to fix. Home warranty hasn't heard from them and tried to contact Euro Appliance with no success. I left messages and still have not heard from them. Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars. |
| Joellen McCroskey | NO STARS _ MOCKERY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE _ They offer no service. Technician comes out looks at fridge after 45 minutes says someone will contact me for install. After 2 days I have to call Sears who states the part was ordered. I then had to call back another 2 days to hear them say technician didn't complete paperwork so nothing is being done. I am then told I have an appt and no show, then I receive a call stated the part was ordered a week after the original tech showed up to look at it. Then I was told it would be 7-10 days before the part arrives and I should be contacted to install.....I have been without a fridge for 3 WEEKS and by the time it is done it will be 4 WEEKS....RIDICULOUS |
