| Vivi T | Ridiculous inventory management, I came to buy shower tension rods and it was showing 7 in stock yesterday, I found 4 and bought all 4, today it was showing 12 in stock so I came back to buy more but they couldn't find them anywhere. Waited 30 minutes at customer service desk until assistant store manager agreed to refund 9 express delivery fee if I order them to be delivered to my house tomorrow, and I will still need to call the store to ask for that 9 delivery fee refund which they put into order notes instead of waiving it up front! |
