Technician David was prompt and patiently explained that LG's commonly have a problems with compressors. Same minutes he called to the manufacturer and opened a case. It took him about 15 minutes to explain them an issue and they finally promised to send us a new compressor for free! David discounted for us a labor fee, as for seniors, and didn't charge anything till all the job will not properly done and refrigerator will run. Just love their approach to the business. |
