| Brodie Reed | This place is a joke. Lowe's scheduled them to fix a belt on my washing machine. This occurred on Monday and the appt was for Thursday. So I scheduled a day off from work. Cavanaugh's then called me on Tuesday to say they would have to reschedule because their repair guy was sick, and was apparently not planning on recovering by Thursday. After explaining to them that I had already taken time off from work to make this happen, they said they would work something out. So I called the next day to confirm they were still coming, and they said, yes, they would be there. Then the day of the appointment, just two hours prior to when they said they would show, they called and said their repair guy was sick. When I asked if this was the same guy, and why they had said they could make the appt, they then changed their story to a "family emergency" and said no one was available today, and oh by the way, I should find someone else to fix it because there was no way they could make the appt EVER. Do not take your business to them, and if someone schedule's you to receive a warranty repair through them, I would ask for someone else! I filed a complaint through Lowe's.
