| Joe Conklin | I asked, and was very clear that I wanted to downsize my tires. It's my choice to do so. I was told, "Sure no problem." Then when I arrived after waiting a half hour, was told "Sorry we can NOT do it. It is illegal to do so." According to multiple places. Yes! Yes it can be done. So they lied to get away from the liability. As well as. My hub caps were installed wrong and squashed the vavle stem. Theres an indention in the hub cap specifically for the valve stem. I was going to go back and make them fix it, but thought to myself. "If they can't put a hub cap on right. Why would I want them touching my car again. They didnt even put the valve stem cap back on two of the tires. Just laziness. I DO NOT, NOT, NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. |

| Norma Anguiano | My husband was here Saturday for a flat on my tire, to our surprise our tire was under warranty and they were to able to replace it. Yet they did not have the replacement available till Monday. My husband stated they told him it was a easy in and out since they kept my rim, I would just come in and get it replaced. After waiting for 10 min since no one mention the wait time I asked how long will it be till they worked on my car. They stated 1 hr. I had to leave bc I had a sleepy baby and a active 5 year old. Next time they should not promise a in and out since they kept my rim and it would be a easy replacement when I arrived |
