| Silver Star | They don't price match for big items. I've been denied twice by the same assistant manager who by the way doesn't wear a name tag. He claimed that the item was not the same model when it clearly was. I ended up ordering the laptop from the manufacturer website that had it on sale I just have to wait for the item to arrive. I even tried ordering the laptop through a best buy sales representative through the phone just for the fun of it and they did price match, so how is it that when I went to the store they weren't able to do so? I guess they must be doing well in numbers and don't need any extra sales. I'll be contacting corporate to let them know about this matter. |
