This company has no respect for its customer's time. I'm on my third 4-hour appointment window for a simple repair. First appointment they never showed. 2nd and 3rd appointment they showed up AFTER the 4 hour window. Not even confident repair is complete. Will NEVER let these people waste my time again and you shouldn't either.

This company was scheduled through my home warranty service. A representative called and confirmed an appointment for 9/18, 8-10a.m. At 10:45, I called to find out if the technician was still coming and was told that my appointment had been rescheduled for 9/20 and that a company representative had called and left several messages regarding the rescheduled appointment. I received no message regarding a rescheduled appointment. They dropped the ball and left me hanging. This is extremely annoying in that I arranged the appointment after rearranging my schedule to accommodate them. Then when they changed the appointment, they did so without consulting with me and without regard for my concerns. Doing so is not only annoying and poor customer service, it shows a total lack of professionalism. I plan to have no future dealing with this company and have registered a complaint about the company to my home warranty service. As with the sentiment of a previously dissatisfied customer, if I could rate them zero, I would.

Mark was able to fix our dryer quickly and efficiently. He knows what he was doing unlike the Sears technicians who guesses and waste your time, so frustrating. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
