I called Paradise at noon to check and was given update of between 1 -3. No one showed. My wife called and was given time of after 4 PM... still no show. No follow up phone call from Paradise to apologize or reschedule. Not sure who I am more disappointed with, Whirlpool or Paradise. Thoroughly upset. |

Then he was able to diagnose the rest of the electronic controls and determined that they were not working. Then he gave me an estimate for the repair. After that, I told him that I have to decide what to do, and paid him for the visit. Pablo is very professional and knows his work. I recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. |
