Had problem with Hdmi port on my Tv, told to bring in for assessment, dropped Tv off and several hours later got a call from Chuck, said that I need to replace the Hdmi port and asked what I need the port for occasional games, Roku etc.he suggested that because the age of the Tv and my usage, it's not worth it to spend the money , I could use components instead. Went to pick up the Tv and they said "no charge " Thank you Advance Electronics, you've got this customer for life . God Bless |
