Appliance Repair by Precision Services in Concord, California

I really wanted to give them negative if I could. They provide the worst service that I never had. First of all, the technician didn't know anything. He started to call other technician when he got to my place, and then he started to took some parts from my washer machine, and couldn't put them back, then just left. Second thing is even more important, I guess the technician has a history of sexual harassment, he touched my sister's leg and pretended that was an accident, and said sorry to her, but, I have an camera in that room, and record everything. They are the third party of Sears, otherwise I didn't wanna contact them anymore. Anybody who bought the appliance from sears, Lowe's, please mention that you don't wanna get service from “Precision Service” when your machine have problem.

If there were zero stars to give that's what it would be. Precision Services is a waste of time I have been waiting for repair of my oven since before Thanksgiving, then Old Republic over night the parts for my oven So we could make thanksgiving dinner BUT Precision says they never got the parts .. Someone is Lying and I don't believe it's old republic home warranty. Still can not even turn my oven on and Now we R creeping on Christmas!!! Will never recommend this place to anyone. And by the way Rosie needs to retire!
