Dave refused to come out without me paying him as he said Dacor wouldn't cover his cost. Poor customer service, took 2 weeks to get a call back, as well as an inability to stand behind his repair as well as the manufacturers product. Why a 2 and not a 1? Because he was prompt in the initial repair. 6 months seems like a reasonable time to get a repair done under warranty. |
