emily barrera	Avoid them! I was given an appointment time frame between 1-5pm. Their tech didn't arrive till 8:22 pm. Didn't bother to ring the doorbell. Just left a note, took a picture of my home, and left. I called him when I saw the notice at 8:45 and he didn't answer. I then looked at my cameras, and sure enough he just got off and posted the note. I understand that it was a long day for him, but I waited 3 weeks just to get a reschedule notice. When I called to notify sears they told me I had to wait another 2 weeks before they can send someone out.
