| J T709394 | I bought the new dryer from Best buy and found out gas leaking. Called BestBuy and they send this company to me. I called them and answered some question on the phone, finally make a appointment but wait a week. Ok...i wait. Show up today only 6 minutes, told me the machine had no problem...than I use some soap water test it in front of him , you can clearly see the Bobble came from the machine connector itself. No.... Told me isn't their problem. Is from installed. Bestbuy problem. lol. Ok. You can walk now. Why I need u ?? |
| Tom Van Waardhuizen | On their first visit, they misdiagnosed my problem with my Maytag drier. I called Maytag to schedule a second visit hoping the problem would be fixed. Day of the appointment, they called and said they had to reschedule a week later. Then they had to cancel that appointment. I have zero faith in Electric Express to do anything other than cause me difficulty and delays. Avoid at all costs. I lodged a formal complaint with Maytag. |
