Appliance Repair by Accurate Appliance Installation in Burbank, California

After paying 875, their crew left a mess when they installed an 8500 Thermador range - finger prints everywhere, stuff all over counter I had to step out and missed their exit. I called the owner the next day and he said he would look into it - never heard from him. I called the next week and spoke with a woman in the office who said she'd look into it - never called me back. I called MD Appliances since they recommended them. MD called them and we're told they would call me... never heard from them. I called MD Appliances because I hadn't heard back from anyone - they called them again and we're told I would receive a call...no call. All I wanted was acknowledgment... and at this point maybe a slight refund... didn't even get the basic customer service of a returned call.. no respect. 875!! Bag these guys... they must live on referrals ... not too happy with MD either... hope they stop referring Accurate - it's tarnishing their reputation.
