| Samm McGregor | I have to agree with everyone else that John is the best. My 20 year old Thermodor range Is biting the dust. They were bought out by somebody and no longer make parts. Nevertheless, he got the electric igniter to stop clicking I was resorting to pulling the breaker for the range and he got three of my four burners to work. He is looking for a part for the 4th burner just in case... because you never know. The bottom line is I am going to have to replace the range top, but he's bought me some time and I feel like I've had a fair assessment of the situation. That's all I could hope for...and a lot more than one frequently gets. |
