| Store 9286 | Horrible ED from ER has been to my home 3 times and has broken my Laundry Center more and more everytime he has com out, and than lied to Sears and told them he replaced a sensor and a hose when all he did was attempt to pull the tub out causing the frame to be un repairable as well broke the lint hose. Either ER needs to train there people or send some one who knows what they are doing and will NOT LIE after not fixing a problem |
| B B | DON'T BE DUPED LIKE WE WERE! No matter what they put in writing, you have to pay the 99.00 "diagnostic fee"! When we contracted for the service, the technician specifically wrote that the diagnostic fee would be 99.00 and would be "applied toward the completed repair". This is not the case. We had the Sears service repairman complete the work and then were charged for parts, labor AND the 99.00 diagnostic fee. When we brought up the fact that the diagnostic fee was to be applied toward his work he said that the diagnostic fee is always charged. When we called the Sears Service department, we were told after numerous conversations that we were "misinformed"!!! And that yes the 99.00 diagnostic fee is always charged. I would have given a rating of 1 star but for the fact that the service repairman was excellent and did the necessary repairs that fixed the problem. |
