| Kevin Kaltenmark | I ordered a stand for my TV. After a few weeks without receiving it I try to contact TV Parts Central by email but get no response. I check the USPS website and it has been sitting in Alabama for weeks. I ordered the part over a month ago then. I decided to call TV Parts Central, and I was told that they shipped it so it is not their problem anymore, and that I should be the one to figure it out. Was also told to wait for the manager to come back and he would contact me. I went into my local post office, the first thing they asked was if I contacted TV Parts Central about this. 7 weeks after I ordered it and I still don't have the package, plus the manager never contacted me. Long story short, don't order parts from this store as they do not care about their customers at all. |
