I have been taking shoes there for close to 20 years, and with the exception of one pair where they replaced some pink uniquely shaped heels with standard shaped black heels on metallic pink shoes? instead of simply repairing the heels as I had requested, the work has always been good. However, I have now had one too many extremely negative experiences when having to conduct simple business with multiple people there, and despite what they would like you to think, they are NOT the only highly qualified shoe repair in the area. I'd recommend Kensington Cobbler. |

I found it and told her we should repair it because according to my research it is worth a lot of money, and it had a very minor tear on one of the strap loops. Anyway, I was looking into designer repair shops who wanted hundreds to do this very minor repair. I brought it into this shop as a last effort, and amazingly, they charged me 30 to replace both leather pieces. They did an AMAZING job, and I'm beyond happy with how well they took care of this hidden gem. |
